Jimmy Potters Workshop is a mobile pottery experience for any summer camp age kids to enjoy. With the hard work of our staff, JPW introduces new and exciting way for groups of any size a chance to flex their creative muscles through ceramics. It is an unparalleled experience that allows children and staff to not only connect with your peers, but your hidden artistic self.
AFTER SCHOOL MOBILE POTTERY
Jimmy Potters Workshop is an exciting and unique ceramic after school program designed to provide children with the experience of an actual professional pottery studio in a mobile setting. In our 2017-18 after-school curriculum, students will learn and gain new knowledge about cultures around the world while creating beautiful projects inspired by that country. From Russian faberge eggs to Japanese cherry blossom plates are some of the projects students will create through clay building & pottery painting. Children will travel the world one masterpiece at a time. The projects are fun and creative and will be taught by our accomplished artist/teachers. No prior ceramics or clay experience is required. More challenging work will be assigned to students with previous experience.
